Sand Making Machine Feed Pipe Liner Adjustment and Change Step Method

<p>After the ultra-fine sand-making machine is used for a period, the internal parts are worn to a certain extent and need to be replaced. Today, Change Heavy Industry, our manufacturer, will introduce you to the adjustment of the tube bushing of the ultrafine sand-making machine:</p><p><br/></p><p>1. Adjust using the feed pipe gasket so that the top of the feed pipe lining is set at the end of the feed chute entering the rotor.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. Adjust/replace the feed liner by following the steps below:</p><p><br/></p><p>Step 1: Remove the crosshead knob, then loosen the hopper mounting bolt and pipe mounting bolt, and remove the hopper/pipe assembly.</p><p><br/></p><p>Step 2: Remove the protective casing, loosen the water inlet bushing mounting bolt, and remove the water inlet gasket from the bolt. Then, remove the feed tube bushing and feed tube gasket.</p><p><br/></p><p>Step 3: When adjusting, pull out the water pipe washer, place it on the water pipe bushing flange, install it on the water pipe bushing, and then tighten the water pipe bushing installation bolt. Put on the protective cover and install the catheter and hopper assembly. As a guide to level adjustment and changing the feed tube bushing, note whether the top is inserted into the rotor during daily inspection, periodically check the feed tube bushing inside the mark, and adjust or change the wear mark to new levels.</p><p><br/></p><p>When changing the pipe lining of the sand-making machine, pay attention to replacing the pipe lining and restoring its original state. When the feed tube bushing wears out, replace it and adjust the feed tube bushing without changing the hopper position. Up to three layers of gaskets are used to adjust the inlet pipe lining. When the lining of the water inlet pipe is further worn, replace it. Remember to install it as is when replacing the water inlet pipe bushing.</p>
